VAN CLICHÉ (반클리셰웨딩)

An "anti-cliché" wedding-consulting brand landing page (Daegu, Korea) with a
full admin backend. The approved prototype is shipped as-is for the public
homepage, extended with a real consultation pipeline, analytics, and a
director-only admin panel.

Scope

• Homepage (vancliche.com, www.vancliche.com) — the approved prototype:
  bilingual (KO/EN) single-page landing, promo popup, gallery, FAQ, stats,
  consultation form.
• Admin panel (admin.vancliche.com) — Worker-backed dashboard:
  • Realtime inquiry feed (SSE, 30s poll)
  • Excel export of inquiries
  • Promotion image management (R2)
  • FAQ / stats / contact info / privacy policy editing (KO/EN)
  • Daily unique-visitor analytics + IP blocking
  • Google OAuth + allowlist auth
• CLI (Rust) — same authenticated API, admin operations from the terminal.

• Cloudflare Pages — homepage & admin hosting

• Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) — inquiries, FAQ, stats, settings, analytics
• Cloudflare R2 — promotion image storage
• Frontend: Vite + TypeScript (prototype), AOS + Swiper

Security

• All visitor-submitted PII (names included) encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• Admin/CLI access gated by Google OAuth + a pre-registered account allowlist.
• Cloudflare Turnstile + honeypot + rate limiting on the form; SEO crawling
  stays allowed.
• Inquiries are destroyed automatically after five years, visit logs after one —
  the periods the published privacy policy states.

Status

Delivered and live. Every piece is deployed on the client's Cloudflare
account and verified in production: the homepage, the admin panel, the backend
API, the Rust CLI, all three custom domains, R2-backed promotions, Google
sign-in, Discord alerts, and the Turnstile bot check.
